Step 1: Submit Your Application
Start by filling out the online application form with your details. Please motivate the reasons why you are looking to become a host for SARTREX.

Planning Phase
Detailed planning and preparation for the SARTREX event, including logistics, funding and resource allocation supported by the international SARTREX Staff.
Selection & Announcement Phase
During this phase selection takes place we screen & select participaints, volunteers, mentors and instructors for the upcoming training phase to be a part of SARTREX. It is also the time we announce where and where the physical event will take place.
Training Phase
Intensive training sessions conducted by international mentors to enhance Search and Rescue skills and exchange valuable knowledge during a 3 month period.
Post-Event Activities
Evaluation, debriefing, and follow-up actions after the completion of the SARTREX event.
