We have developed a SARTREX mentorship development program, where our instructors and mentors go through to help develop their skills even more as an instructor.
This rigorous vetting process ensures that our mentors possess the necessary expertise and knowledge to guide you effectively in your SAR journey. Their vast experience in various SAR disciplines equips them to provide you with valuable insights and support.
Through our SARTREX Mentorship Development Program, our Instructors and Mentors continuously enhance their teaching abilities to offer you the best possible guidance. Rest assured that you are in capable hands as you embark on your SAR training with us.

These mentors are masters in online teaching, coaching, and education. They are generally responsible for writing our online e-learning modules, hosting webinars, and providing coaching and guidance after the event has ended. Most of the time, these are volunteers. Sometimes they help with the selection procedures for the program, but generally, they put most of the time into assisting the self-development aspect of our SARTREX attendees through their coaching.T
